We're Adriana and Vinny Polise, and our love for the Poconos and Lake Wallenpaupack runs deep.

For over 13 years, we've been making the journey here with our children, watching them grow up on these shores, through summer lake days and quiet winter escapes. What began as a family tradition became something far greater: a second home, a community, and a place that has given our family some of its most cherished memories.

It's the warmth of the people, the beauty of the lake across every season, and the rare ability of this region to feel both alive and peaceful at once that kept drawing us back year after year. Over time, we knew we wanted to share it.

Our properties are an extension of that same care and intention we've always brought to our own family visits. Every home in our collection has been personally curated to ensure our guests experience the Poconos the way we always have — comfortably, beautifully, and with everything they need to simply be present and enjoy it.
